Vegan Pizza # 2

This My Second Try At Making A Vegan Pizza The First One Was Good But It was Just Plane, Now The Second Was Diffident, I Made The Crust The Same
But I Made It Firmer, By Adding Ground Flax Seeds and Some Spices Then I Molded it Round And Made The Edges Thicker,Then Cooked it For Close To An Hour, Then I Put Mung Beans On Top.
And I Added Some Chopped Tomatoes And A Vegan Cheese Called Daiya,
Daiya Is Very Delishes Tastes Just Like Cheese.
Daiya Has No Gluten Or Soy And Has No GMO's, It Is Very Vegan ( THANK YOU VANESSA ) So I Put It Back In The Oven Till It Melted,Then I Put Some Nutritional yeast On Top With Pepper And Spices.
It Came Out So Much Better Then The Other One
The Thing I Missed So Much When I Became A Vegan Was Cheese And Pizza, Well Not Anymore.

Vegan Pizza

I Found A Way To make A Vegan Pizza.

This is How I made It.

Gluten-Free Pizza Recipe Ingredients.

1/2 cup millet, coarsely ground
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp sea salt
1-2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp mixed dried Italian herbs

Put the millet in a small pot with the water and a pinch of salt, bring it to a boil, and then leave it covered to simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Stir it occasionally to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. You can add some seasoning (dried herbs) to cook with the millet to add flavor if you want, or just stir it in after the millet is cooked


Once the millet is cooked, add the seasonings (salt, nutritional yeast, dried herbs)


Spread the cooked and seasoned millet out onto a baking dish. If you're using a deep dish, it helps to line it with parchment paper so that you can lift the crust out after. The crust will be a bit fragile, and tends to stick unless you use a non-stick pan.Put the crust in the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F. Take out The Pizza Crust Then Put The Toppings On Then Put It back In The Oven On Top With The Grill On For 5 min's


After 5 Mins Let It Cool A Bit , Then enjoy , I Know I Did.

Sprouting Mung Beans

Mung Beans Are really healthy
And They Go great in soup or pasta Sauce
This is How To Spout Them

First put about a half cup In A Container And put A Lid On It With Holes
And Fill It With Water For One Day

This is What You Get The Next day

Drain The Water Out Then Put In Aside And Cover The Container So No Light
Is On It

The Next Day This is What happens
Then Fill It With Water Then Mix It around Then pour The water Out
Just Leave The Beans Wet, Do This Every Day Till Its Finished.

And The Next day Its Really Growing

I Really Love Mung Beans, They Are really Healthy

Vegan Pancakes

The last time I had pancakes is when my mom made them
and they were not vegan And I Loved pancakes,Then i found this at Vanessa's


These are Vegan And there Really Great


And its very easy to make

you put 1/3 water and 1/3 Of the pancake flour
in a bowl and mix them together,
then put it in the frying pan
and that's it ,Vegan pancakes


And whats Better is that these are Gluten Free And Soy Free

Cooking Millet

This is Something I Have Never Had It Millet
Its Very easy To Cook



Here Is What To Do

2 Cups Of water In A Pot
Boil Then Put 1 Cup Of Millet
Turn down to lowest
Wait 20 Min's
Then fluff With A Fork
Then Add What You Would Like

I Added Sprouted Mung Beans on the bottom
then put the millet on top, then i put
ground flex seed and chopped tomatoes
and then i put some Nutritional yeast
then a shake of black pepper

Looks Very Good and It Tastes Ever Better
